HOW TO APPLY (Qualifications & Requirement)

Entry Requirement & Qualifications

Prospective Students should have one of the following qualifications

• 1. WASSCE/SSSCE: Passes in six (6) subjects, three (3) Cores, including English and Mathematics and three (3) Electives with an aggregate score of twenty four (24) or better (SSSCE) and thirty –six (36) or better (WASSCE).
  
  Grading System for WASSCE Applicants
  The total aggregate for WASSCE applicants is 36. The grades for three (3) core subjects; English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science or Social Studies and any three (3) relevant electives should be grade C6 or better.
  
  Grading System for SSSCE Applicants
  The total aggregate for SSSCE applicants is 24. The grades for three (3) core subjects; English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science or Social Studies and any three (3) relevant electives should be grade D or better.
  
  NB: ICT applicants: In addition to the any of the general entry requirements, applicants with SSSCE/WASSCE must have passed elective Mathematics and Physics.

• 2. GCE O Level: five (5) credit passes including English and Mathematics and two (2) “A” Level passes excluding General Paper.

• 3. Other diplomas/certificates deemed equivalent to any of the above qualifications including foreign qualifications will be considered on their own merits.

• 4. Awaiting results from students yet to enter the tertiary or already in it.

• 5. Matured Students who are currently working with the age limit of 25 and above can apply using a working testimonial from their supervisors.

Note
Admission forms received without WASSCE/SSSCE results slips, transcripts and certificates from previous academic body(s) will not be processed. Consideration will be given to candidates awaiting results.
Only photocopies of certificates or result slips should accompany completed admission forms.
Original results/certificates of applicants offered admission will be inspected before registration.
